Thank you! The only way we know how to upgrade Windows 10 Home to Professional is to purchase it from the Microsoft Store. Still works. However, during the upgrade process, I got a warning about incompatible hardware Intel HD Graphics I did a Google search and discovered this was a problem back in but has since been fixed by Intel.
I clicked confirm and the installation went smoothly - no display issues and a good driver automatically loaded.
